Welcome to Second Grade and the presentation of their town.

  • The students completed a unit in their core reading program on communities
  • As a culminating project based activity, the students created an imaginary town of their own
  • During this process, they had to explore what a town needs to opperate effectively
  • They also added activities and businesses that they wanted
  • Each student choose two projects, one done at home with the help of their families and the other done in Art Class with Mrs. Rodich and Mrs. Crosby
  • They choose 1 of their choice to write their speech on
